Experience a Morning at Kitty Choosing the right school is an important step for both you and your child. Our Trial Morning gives your child the opportunity to join a real class at Kitty International School, meet our teachers and students, and experience our learning environment. For parents, it is an opportunity to see how your child responds to the classroom and to get a better feeling for everyday life at Kitty. ⸻ Trial Morning - For children aged 1 year 6 months–3 years Schedule: Family Arrival: 10:35 Classroom Experience: 10:45–11:50 Parent Conversation: 11:50–12:05 What to Expect: During the Trial Morning, your child will join part of our regular morning program and experience the classroom together with you. Depending on the day’s activities, your child may experience: - Songs and greetings - Passport Time - Circle Time - Curriculum activities - Art and creative activities - Play and interaction with teachers and classmates At this age, we understand that being in a new environment can be a big experience. One parent or guardian will stay with the child throughout the classroom experience. Your child is welcome to participate at their own pace. Some children begin playing immediately, while others prefer to watch first. After the Classroom Experience: Following the trial, our Admissions team will meet with you for a short conversation. This is your opportunity to share how you felt about the experience, ask questions and learn more about the next steps for enrollment. We look forward to welcoming you and helping you determine whether KIS is the right fit for your family. ⸻ Step-by-Step Admission Process: We aim to make our enrollment process seamless and transparent for parents: ① Briefing Session & Application Submission: Attend the tour briefing session and submit the official application form (available on-site for ¥1,000). ② Parent and Child Interview: Complete a brief, friendly interview with our admissions committee. ③ Kindergarten Entrance Approval: Receive formal notification regarding your child’s enrollment approval. ④ First Tuition Payment: Finalize registration by submitting the initial tuition payment. ⑤ Attend Kindergarten: Welcome your child to their first day at Kitty International School!

【Reservation & Attendance】 School tours are available by appointment only. To provide each family with a personalized experience, spaces may be limited. If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible. 【Rescheduling Policy】 We understand that family schedules can change. You may reschedule your school tour up to 24 hours before your scheduled visit. Please contact the Admissions Office if you need to make any changes to your reservation. 【Children Attending the Tour】 Children are welcome to attend the tour with their parents or guardians. To ensure the safety and comfort of all students, we kindly ask that children remain under parental supervision at all times during the visit. 【Photography & Recording Policy】 To protect the privacy of our students, families, and staff, photography, video recording, and audio recording are not permitted during the school tour unless prior permission has been granted by KIS. 【Privacy & Data Protection】 KIS is committed to protecting your personal information. Any information provided during the inquiry, tour, or admissions process will be used solely for school-related communication and admissions purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law. 【Campus Safety】 For the safety of our students and staff, all visitors must check in upon arrival and follow the guidance of KIS personnel throughout the tour. Access to certain areas of the campus may be restricted during school hours. 【Admissions Information】 Participation in a school tour does not guarantee admission. Admission decisions are based on the school's admissions criteria, availability, and the individual needs of each child and family.
